The installation of incoming gas, water and BT services inclusive of meters has been completed.
The felt roofing inclusive of the mansafe system is complete and the installation of all roof lightning is complete
The installation of windows and glass balustrades on all levels is well advanced
The internal lift installation is substantially complete
The installation of external cladding is well progressed and should be complete in a couple of weeks
The installation of internal portioning has commenced in flats 4 and 6
The installation of the internal cast iron rain water drainage has commenced
The dry riser, landlord area, mechanical ventilation, kitchens, sanitary ware and tiling packages are all currently being are all currently being procured
